At DigiVault, all sales are final. Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once a purchase has been made and the file has been delivered.

 

What we offer instead:

 

If you experience a technical issue downloading your file, contact us and we'll resend your download link promptly.

If you accidentally purchased the wrong product, reach out within 24 hours and we'll do our best to make it right.

 

Damaged or incomplete files: If your file is corrupted or incomplete, we will replace it at no charge. Please contact us with your order number and a description of the issue.
