Refund policy

At DigiVault, all sales are final. Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once a purchase has been made and the file has been delivered.

What we offer instead:

  • If you experience a technical issue downloading your file, contact us and we'll resend your download link promptly.
  • If you accidentally purchased the wrong product, reach out within 24 hours and we'll do our best to make it right.

Damaged or incomplete files: If your file is corrupted or incomplete, we will replace it at no charge. Please contact us with your order number and a description of the issue.
